Diego, our team leader

After almost 10 years working in hotels across Spain and Europe, I returned to my city with the appetite more open than ever. That passion for food became hungry for sharing with the different cultures all the knowledge I had of mine. Thanks to my curiosity, to a proactive attitude and to an open mind, I acquired the necessary experience to be able to turn a dream into a philosophy of life.

Living in different countries and many cities taught me the goodness of each of them, and highlighted even more the virtues of my land.  Now I dedicate myself to show a part of the history througth the gastronomy of my city, a centuries-old culinary tradition, and a food that still tastes to hungry to know more about Córdoba and Andalusia.

During the past 15 years, I was working on tourism industry, with passion and curiosity I moved to Granada, Sevilla, Malaga, and other cities around Andalucia, which helps me to have a complete vision of the south of Spain.

 

Anyway, the city I was always dreaming with was Cordoba so I was determined to come back and stay as soon as possible, and it happens on 2017. From that moment I enjoy every day showing the secrets of a city which although it has an amazing history, it also have a character which became a walk trough the white streets into a journey inside yourself.
